Poinsettia and Santa Tablescape

We discovered, while looking for an inspiration Santa, that we do not own many standard or plain (typical red) Santas in our collection. Well, here's what we finally decided on:
Over view of the table

The inspiration Santa

The place setting

The flatware was purchased at Pier 1 several years ago

Love this accent plate - this one is from Michael's but they are available at Pier 1, too

The dishware is from Pat's collection

Pat thought this charger (instead of a solid one) added a touch of lightness to the setting

The napkin ring is simply a red glittered poinsettia from Michael's inserted into a clear acrylic ring from Bed, Bath, and Beyond

The glassware weighs a ton - "Omega" Marquis by Waterford

The napkin is actually a plain white one wrapped inside a white overlay to give it a soft, airy look

One last look
Where it came from:
Green Placemat - Ross
Flatware - by Cambridge from Pier 1
White Charger - from Maryland China Company
Dishware - by Hallmark from Pat's collection
Red Poinsettia Accent Plate - from Michael's
Glassware - "Omega" Marquis by Waterford from Ross
Napkin Ring - Michael's
White Overlay - gift from Pat
White Napkin - Target
Red Candle Holder - Ross
Santa, Candle, Tree, Poinsettia decorations - Michael's

We will be joining Cuisine Kathleen's "Let's Dish" this Wednesday:  http://www.cuisinekathleen.com/

  1. Love the poinsettia theme! That Santa almost reminds me of Elvis with the sequins! The Christmas china is so pretty!
