Chef Santa Tablescape

Today's table uses just one of the "cook" Santas that we have. This one is dressed like a professional chef and holds a wire whip.

Inspiration Santa

Flatware is "Silver Tear" by Gourmet Settings

First layer of the place setting is a small black bowl holding one of our new kitchen tree ornaments

The checked salad plate matches Chef Santa's trousers

The dinner plate is a white Fiestaware plate by Homer Laughlin

The charger is "Color Spectrum" by Mikasa

We had to fold the napkin this way - when Pat and I were in college, we worked our way through as bus girls/waitresses. This was the napkin fold from one of the restaurants - we must have folded hundreds of thousands of these [bleep] things......

Once again, short, fat glassware goes perfectly with a Santa tablescape

One of several "kitchen" ornaments

One last look
Where it came from:

Flatware - "Silver Tear" by Gourmet Settings from TJMaxx

Red Glass - from the Ferndale Emporium (a local boutique)
Wine Glass - by Libby from Bed, Bath, and Beyond
Chef Santa and kitchen ornaments - Pierson's (a local building supply store)
Tree - Michael's

  1. Again a creative and adorable place setting. I love the Santa, but the ornaments on the tree are my favorite part of this tablescape I must admit!
