Pink Depression Glass and Epiag Table

Taking a cue from our other blog this week, Pat set the Table for One using her new thrift store find dinnerware. (She got twelve complete place settings in addition to a treasure trove of assorted pieces.) She wanted to challenge herself to see if she could use the place setting in a different way so she mixed it up a bit and added pink Depression Glass - definitely making it more feminine.......
Pat created a totally different look from our other table by using pink Depression glass. She added an "American Sweetheart" salver (using it as a charger) and sherbet with liner to give the place setting more interest. Pink footed tumblers add more color.

Flatware is the very sweet "April" silverplate by International Silver

No matter what I did, I could not get a good picture of the salver.

Where it came from:
Dinnerware - "Moloya" by Epiag from the Discovery Shop (the local Cancer Society's thrift store)
Silverplate Flatware - "April" by International Silver from Pat's collection
Pink Footed Tumbler Glassware - by Tiffin (pattern unknown) from our collection
Pink Salver and Sherbet/Liner - "American Sweetheart" by MacBeth-Evans
Pink Glass Basket - from eBay (maker unknown)
Figurine - by Armani from our Mother

  1. This beautiful china is lovely on this table as well as on the larger ones. Anything with pink DG works for me! I'm looking forward to seeing your other finds soon, too.
