New Year's Eve Table

Pat set the table with a bit of a change to celebrate the New Year - it is set for two. She used beautiful Lenox "Westchester" dinnerware and paired it with bright peacock blue. It might seem like an odd combination, but I think it turned out really nice.....especially after Pat found a mask using those colors in the back of my closet.

Flatware is "Kyoto Frosted Gold" by Holister

Pat used Cristal D'Arques' "Lady Diamond" glassware and matching vase to add more glamour

For the centerpiece, Pat used gold picks from Pier 1 this year and a glitzy mask in matching colors

Where it came from:
Dinnerware - "Westchester" by Lenox from gifts, eBay, Replacements.com, and anywhere I can find it
Flatware - "Kyoto Frost Gold" by Holister from Wayfair two years ago
Peacock Blue Napkins - Handmade by Pat
White Chiffon Overlays - a gift from Pat to me
Napkin Rings - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond several years ago
Glassware and matching Vase - "Lady Diamond" by Cristal D'Arques from Ross
Crystal Candle Holders and Candles - from Tuesday Morning
Gold and Blue Mask - from Pier 1 's sale shelf three years ago
Gold Picks - from Pier 1 this year

  1. That beautiful mark ties this table together. I love the blue, gold, and white, what a festive table for two!

  2. I love the refreshing feeling of taking very formal china and allowing it to sit with a more modern color. I paid a visit to Pier 1 to check out the clearance--all in your honor! Happy New Year!

  3. I love the gold and blue together - looks fabulous! The white overlay on the napkin tones it down just right so it doesn't overtake the china, which is stunning! Always enjoy your tables here - thank you for a fun blog and a year full of inspiration!
