Vintage Meakin Avondale Table

We wanted to use a set of vintage dinnerware that we haven't used before - this time it is green "Avondale" by J&G Meakin. It is mixed with Hutschenreuther "Racine."

The flatware is sweet "April" silverplate by International Silver Company

The white plate is "Racine" by Hutschenreuther

The charger is vintage Depression glass - "Cremax Oxford" sandwich plate by MacBeth-Evans Crystal Company

I love the shape of the delicate glassware - from Pier 1 this year

One of the Armani figurines that our Mother collected

Where it came from:
White Charger Plate - White "Cremax Oxford" Sandwich plate by MacBeth-Evans Crystal from eBay
Dinnerware - Green "Avondale" by J&G Meakin from eBay and Replacements.com
Luncheon Plate and Bread/Butter Plate - "Racine" by Hutschenreuther (1900-1986) eBay
Glassware - "Sensa" by Schott Zwiesel from Pier 1 this season
Silver Butterfly Napkin Ring - from Tuesday Morning three or four years ago
Flatware - "April" Silverplate by International Silver Company from Pat's collection
Figurine - by Armani from our Mother

This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  1. So pretty! I love the delicate green color of this one. I'm a fan of transferware anyway, but this is a different color than I usually see. And the shape of the salt and pepper shakers is so lovely!!!

  2. I love green, particularly this shade, in this magnificent table for one. That dinnerware pattern is new to me, but I adore it. The entire table is wonderful eye candy. Thanks for sharing.
