Gold Santa in the Woods

Today, our Santa table uses one of my favorite place settings - Haviland's Ladore - and another of our gold Santas.

The place setting - Ladore by Haviland (1962-1988)

The gold leaf charger is slightly smaller than normal - about 11 1/2"

Pat found several of these metal stands at Michael's left over from Halloween. Her dear husband spray-painted them white for us.

The gold net overlay is wrapped inside a white napkin for a change.

Another one of Pat's bargains - from Pier 1 several years ago - less than $2.00 each.

Another Pier 1 sale purchase - the glasses have etched lines

Although we did not use the cup and saucer, I love the shape of it.

Where it came from:
Gold leaf Charger - from Tuesday Morning
Gold Flatware - Pattern unknown by FB Rogers from eBay
Glassware - from Pier 1 several years ago
Dinnerware - "Ladore" by Haviland from Replacements and eBay
Napkins - Handmade by pat
Napkin Ring, Gold Trees - from Pier 1
Metal Bird Stand - from Michael's this year

  1. This table is so lovely in gold and white! The little bird in the metal stand is adorable, and I just noticed that Santa is carrying a bird cage. Another perfect table setting!
