Spode Indian Tree Table

Many porcelain dinnerware manufacturers have produced their version of an "India[n] Tree" pattern over the years. My favorite is by Spode because of the vivid copper, rust, and amber/orange colors. Pat and I are lucky enough to own a complete set for eight. Today, she paired it with a more casual square copper charger.

The unique copper flatware is Italian "Rialto" by Ricci

In addition to pattern, another thing individual and unique to a manufacturer is the shape of the cup. This one is no exception.

We found these square copper chargers at Pier 1 years ago

Another Armani figurine from our Mother (I keep saying we inherited our collecting addiction from Mom. There wasn't a wall or spot in the house when we were growing up that didn't "store" or display something she collected....)

Where it came from:
Square Copper Charger - from Pier 1 several years ago
Dinnerware - "Indian Tree" by Spode from eBay and Replacements.com
Flatware - Copper "Rialto" by Ricci Argentieri from eBay
Glassware - "Fedora" by Spiegelau from Replacements.com
Napkin - Handmade by Pat to match the dinnerware
Amber Candle Holders and Vase - from our collection
Armani Figurine - from our Mother's collection

  1. Very pretty - looks like fall to me. And I love fall! The copper charger and flatware are just what this pattern needed, too. Enjoy and dream of fall weather!
