Casual French Tablescape

Using Royal Doulton's "The Parisian" figurine as the inspiration for this week's table, Pat pulled out clear glass dinnerware and a patterned place mat to set the table.

Pat's latest purchase - we saw the black satin  flatware at Bed, Bath, and Beyond together but didn't buy it that day even though I fell in love with the pattern. The following week Pat had it in her hands when she showed up to set the table...….nice sister, huh?

By using clear glass dinnerware, you can enjoy the place mat.

Part of our Mother's small collection of Royal Doulton figurines, this one is called "The Parisian."

Pat us large, inexpensive glassware from the Dollar Tree

To match the napkin and bring out the color from the place mat, Pat used "Paprika" Fiesta(ware) salt and pepper shakers.

Where it came from:
Place Mat - from Tuesday Morning two or three years ago
Dinnerware - by Luminarc from Bed, Bath, and Beyond several years ago
Satin Finish Flatware - "Meridian" by Cambridge from Bed, Bath, and Beyond this year
Glasses - from the Dollar Tree (still available)
Salt and Pepper Shakers - "Paprika" (2010-2017) Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements.com
Eiffel Tower - from Ross Dress For Less several years ago
Figurine - "The Parisian" by Royal Doulton from our Mother
