Candy Cane Santa Table

Each year, starting on December 1st, Pat and I do a "25 Days of Santa Table Extravaganza" where we set a different table everyday using a different Santa from our collection as the centerpiece. (It started out as a way to "make us" use dishes from our stash that we never got out, but now it's grown into a challenge to use the dishes in unique and different ways. It also gives us a chance to get together to do something we really enjoy doing - creating tablescapes.)

Today's table is done in simple red and white. The inspiration Santa is one of the oldest in my collection.

  1. I am so delighted to see the Santas are back again this year! The combination or red and white is always appropriate for Christmas, as is a peppermint theme. I look forward to this series every year - the holidays wouldn't be quite the same without it. Thank you, Pat and Katie!
