Seafaring Table For One

Pat's been "finding" inspiration all over my house lately. She walked by a small curio holding some Norman Rockwell figurines the other day and stopped in her tracks. Next thing I know - she had the Table for One set. Here is what she came up with:
Over view of the table

The place setting

Flatware is "Hammered Copper" from Horchow's. It has the perfect look for a rustic nautical table.

Pat found the wooden charger at World Market a couple of years ago.

The inspiration figurine - "Captain" by Gorham.

One last look
Where it came from:
Wooden Charger - World Market two years ago
White Dinner Plate - Everyday by Food Network from Kohl's
Dinner Plate - Vintage Cobalt Blue Fiesta by Homer Laughlin from Replacements
Red Luncheon Plate - Scarlet Fiesta by Homer Laughlin from Kohl's

Red Bowl - Spice Route "Paprika" from Pier 1
Flatware - Hammered Copper from Horchow's
Glass Mug - from the Dollar Store
Napkin - from Pier 1 years ago
Napkin Ring and Small Lanterns - Michael's
Ship - from Ross years ago
Figurine - "Captain" by Gorham (from Norman Rockwell's Saturday Evening Post cover of August 19, 1922)

  1. Love it, love it, love it! I'm a great Norman Rockwell fan, so this table is right up my alley. Beautiful figurine and you've accented it well with the ship and the nautical themed colors. Bravo!! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
