Fitz & Floyd Crane with Pine Table for One

On Friday, Pat came over to help me organize and straighten out some of the shelves in "the dishroom" (yes, I do have a room dedicated to just tablescaping stuff, but we won't go into that now.....the family already thinks I'm over the dish edge as it is....) Anyway, she found the inspiration plate for this week's Table for One as she was moving a mountain of plates around.
The weather was not cooperating with us - sorry the picture is a bit dark

The place setting

I have to admit it - the inspiration plate is really lovely in person.

To accent the tiny bit of paprika color on top of the crane's head, Pat used a paprika colored plate from Pier 1's "Spice Route" collection

This plate is also from Pier 1

Flatware is "Gold Iconic" by Wallace Silver

Pat chose black stemmed glassware to give the table a more formal feel

Black Depressionware candle holders from our collection
