Lenox Spring Bouquet Table for One

Yes - I know. Spring is over, but I have been on Jury Duty for a month and Pat knew I needed something "sweet" and pleasant in my life right about now. So, she set the table this week with my very favorite Lenox pattern, "Spring Bouquet (1980-1987)." I just love the rim of the plate with its ridges and pretty Spring flowers. It makes any table beautiful.
Over view of the table - sweet, simple. And yes, Pat, I finally did get the napkin ironed.

The place setting

Flatware is "King James" silverplate by Oneida

You can see the detail of the rim in this pattern

Although this charger is an odd green, it goes so well with many of the patterns that we own. It's called "Iced Glass - Sage" from Pier 1.

The oh so familiar glassware is from the Dollar Store

Pat made a small, colorful arrangement of silk flowers to go on the table

These unusual candle holders were our Mother's

One last look at the table
Where it came from:
Charger - Pier 1 this season
Dinnerware - "Spring Bouquet" (produced from 1980-1987) by Lenox found on eBay
Flatware - "King James" Silverplate by Oneida from our Mother
Glassware - inexpensive Dollar Store glasses still available but purchased two years ago
Candle Holders - from our Mother
Ivory Tapers - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond
Silk Flowers - from Michael's
Flower Bowl/Vase - from Pat's collection

  2. I think tables for one are very special. Sometimes we forget to pamper ourselves. I love your china, it's so sweet and delicate. Those chargers are a great color and I'll bet are a great neutral for many sets. Thanks so much for sharing, it was a treat!
