Sandpiper and New Meadow Fiesta(ware) Table

"Meadow" is the newest Fiesta(ware) color - it was released this year and became available in June. So, naturally, we had to have it. (It's actually the 51st Fiesta color since the introduction of the dinnerware in 1936. There are usually 14 or 15 color choices at a time so you can pick and choose your favorite. Wished we had all of them!)

Pat decided to "play" with our new dinnerware and wanted to see what other Fiesta colors went with "Meadow." She decided on "Lapis." And then chose an accent plate from Pier 1 to set the theme or the table.

Flatware is "Primary" by Noritake

This is a "Lapis" luncheon plate

The dinner plate is "Meadow"

Pat used a "Lapis" Chop Plate as a charger

Glassware is from the Dollar Tree

Pat used an assortment of grasses, stems, and twigs for the centerpiece.

Where it came from:
Place Mat - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond years ago
Dinnerware - "Lapis" and "Meadow" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Macy's and Replacements.com
Accent Plate - from Pier 1 four years ago
Flatware - "Primary" by Noritake from eBay
Glassware - from The Dollar Tree (still available)
Napkin - from Tuesday Morning 1 last year
Shell Napkin Ring - from a local thrift store
Lighthouse Candle Holders and Salt/Pepper "Boat" - from Pier 1

We will also be joining Susan for "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  1. I really like Lapis with the Meadow plate (no surprise, I'm wearing those colors today!) and the placemat pulls it together even more. The accent plate is darling, too, but I could see those colors together in many different settings. I'd love to have all 51 colors, too, but I'd have to move to a bigger house, or build another room or something. So I'm happy to look at your tablescapes and sigh.
