Breakfast by the Shore

My hometown sits on the Northern coast of California - I can look out my back door and see Humboldt Bay (the second largest, deep water enclosed bay in the State.) So, it seems natural to set the table often with a seaside theme......

Flatware is "Classic Bead" by Reed & Barton - one of my very favorite patterns

Where it came from:
"Driftwood" charger - from Pier 1 this year
Dinnerware - "Aqua" by Thomsen Pottery from Ross two or three years ago
Flatware - "Classic Bead" by Reed & Barton from Bed, Bath, and Beyond
Glassware - from Pier 1 last year
Napkin Ring - from Michael's Dollar Bin two years ago
Napkin - also from Pier 1 this year
Lighthouse Votive Holders - from Tailwaggers (a local thrift store sponsored by the Humane Society for animal rights)
Glass Vase - from TJMaxx this year
Shells, Driftwood, Sea Glass - from Michael's and the coastline

We will be joining the following Blog parties this week:
"Dishing It! & Digging It!" at Rustic & Refined this Sunday:  http://www.rustic-refined.com/
"Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  1. Love your table. It truly reflects the colors, and the "breezy" feel of the ocean. Beautiful collection of shells, as well. Thanks for sharing! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
