Maryland China Charger Inspired TFO

This week's table was inspired (might I say, "plagiarized from") Rosie at "The Magic Hutch" who set a table called "Mellow Yellow (http://magichutch.blogspot.com/2014/08/mellow-yellow.html)." Now, everyone knows that my very favorite color is yellow, so this table instantly became my favorite of the week. And since Pat was on a "color high" (our other blog features a very brightly updated table), she decided to cast away any possible trace of blandness and set the table using orange. Stealing the idea is pretty bad but stealing the color is really poor taste......

So, thank you, Rosie, for the lovely and light hearted tablescape and the inspiration for our Table for One.

The place setting

Flatware is "Classic Bead" by Reed & Barton. It is a very heavy stainless steel pattern.

Pat first spotted these orange glasses at Marshall's in Santa Rosa/Petaluma. Now they are widely available in our area (four hours north.)

It didn't take long to convince Pat to use this napkin ring - from Pier 1 two or three years ago

Rosie used the Maryland China charger for her table

Rosie used a gorgeous yellow cut flower place mat to hold her charger.....we had to settle for something quite a bit less glamorous

To coordinate with the charger, Pat used these matching coasters under the glasses

The candle holders, fruit bowl and liner all have the same decorative trim
