I love the "seamless" style of handles on the ultra modern looking flatware - "Fluence" by Oneida |
We found the red velvet bows in the 75% off bin at Pier 1 a couple of years ago |
We have never been able to identify the pattern name of the dinnerware - Pat found it at a thrift store a few years ago |
Although we think of the goblets as Christmas glassware (Pier 1 sold them during the Holidays), Pat thought they would be perfect for a red and white themed table |
Where it came from:
Red Lacquer Charger - from our collection (it's been around for years)
Dinnerware - Pattern unknown by Ten Strawberry Street from a local thrift store several years ago
Red Bowl - "Fun Factory" by Waechtersbach from Replacements.com
Flatware - "Fluence" by Oneida from Replacements.com
Glassware - from Pier 1 four or five years ago
Off-white Napkin - Handmade by Pat
Red Velvet Bow Napkin Ring - from Pier 1 two years ago
Crystal Candle Holders - from Tuesday Morning three years ago
This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch: http://betweennapsontheporch.net/
This table is charming in its simplicity and elegance. I love the bows on the napkins and the swirl of red on the glasses, a nice contrast to the sharp angles of the plates. And of course, the roses!
