First Table of Fall

Even though we have experienced some record breaking heat, the calendar says it is Autumn. So, Pat set this week's table with that in mind.

Pat mixed "Claret" and "Ivory" Fiesta(ware)

The antique copper flatware is "Rustic Twig"

I bought these remarkably durable glasses 40 years ago (although I have replaced a few due to earthquakes)

Where it came from:
Rust Colored Place Mat - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond years ago
Baroque-style Lacquer Charger - from Michael's two or three years ago
Dinnerware - "Claret" and "Ivory" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Macy's and Replacements.com
Leaf Bowl - from Pier 1 several years ago
Flatware - "Rustic Twig" from Black Forest Decor (mail order)
Glassware - Brown "Clarion" by Lenox (1977-1983) from Walsh's forty years ago and Replacements.com
Napkin - from Tuesday Morning two years ago
Candle Holders - from Pat's collection
Candles and Pumpkins - from Michael's

We will be joining the following Blog parties this week:

  5. This is BEAUTIFUL! I love the rich, fall colors, and the dishes are wonderful. As a fairly newly widowed woman, I am really enjoying your blog and appreciate the effort that you put into setting a table for one.
