For our third week in a series of four Art Deco inspired tables, Pat featured the color purple. The "Art Deco: Style in Motion" plate is titled: "Arriving in Style." She continued to use the antique gold charger and simple gold satin flatware.
Where it came from:
Antique Gold Charger - from Tuesday Morning last year but available at Pier 1
Purple Charger - Inexpensive lacquer charger (purchased on sale from Michael's after season) and spray pained with plastic adhesive paint
Gray Salad/Luncheon Plate - "The Burbs - Slate" by Dansk from Tuesday Morning
Accent Art Deco Plate - from our collection
Flatware - "Kyoto Gold" by Holister from Wayfair
Purple Goblets - from Pier 1 two years ago
Napkins - from Linentablescloth.com (a really neat site to find inexpensive tablescaping stuff)
Purple Candles - from the Ferndale Emporium (a local gift and kitchen boutique)
Crystal Candle Holders and Flower Vase - from our collection
Silk Roses - from Michael's
Armani Figurine - from our Mother's collection
We will be joining the following Blog parties this week:
"Dishing It! & Digging It!" at Rustic & Refined this Sunday: http://www.rustic-refined.com/
"Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch: http://betweennapsontheporch.net/
I love the purple goblets with the art deco plates. Two of my passions!
