Anyway, this week's table is another one using a set of our dishes that we haven't used in the past or one that it's been a very long time since they were in a tablescape. The pattern is called "Canton" by Royal Doulton (produced from 1977 thru 1996.)

I know those dishes.. They have a formality that is lovely. Such pretty colors and it's awfully nice to pamper ourselves!

A few months ago I bought some additional pieces so that I'd have a full place setting of Waterford Pink Duchesse (Vera Wang), some silverplate flatware, Irish linen napkins and crystal glassware just for myself. It makes all the difference!
