Lenox Interlude Table

Lenox produced "Interlude" from 1975-1985. It was a somewhat bold pattern with rust/red and blue flowers and platinum trim. Pat usually pairs it with blue, but for this week's table, she decided to change it a bit and used rust colored accents.

By adding stainless steel goblets and flatware, Pat hoped to make a more casual table

Flatware is "Fluence" by Oneida

For a charger, Pat used a "Paprika" Fiesta(ware) Chop Plate by Homer Laughlin

I love the European style of the flatware

Mikasa Silk Flowers Table

This week's table features Mikasa's "Silk Flowers" dinnerware (1980-2006.) Pat and I found it at the Cancer Society's Discovery Thrift Shop a couple years ago. The price? For complete 5-piece place settings for eight, the tag read $10.80. We couldn't pass it up. Then we got another 10% off for being "seniors" - didn't mind that either......

Flatware is "Sculpt" by Lenox

The "Sage" Color Spectrum charger by Mikasa was the perfect color choice. We found them on eBay but Replacements.com has them also.

Good grief! These goblets are from the glassware archives - "Esprit" by Princess House - but they work perfectly in this setting..

One of my favorite candle holders, these are from Abingdon Potteries. It is believed they were manufactured during the 1940's.

Pat used Wedgwood's "Edme" salt and pepper shakers and vase because of the ivory/cream color

Of course, Pat used silk flowers for the arrangment
