Twisted handled flatware is "Silver Tear" by Gourmet Settings. Pat chose this pattern since the rim of the plate has a similar twisted look.

Once again, Pat took an inexpensive lacquer charger (found on sale at Michael's) and spray painted it in a coordinating purple color.
